What is the Parade of Homes?
The NIBCA Parade of Homes is a highly anticipated event in which expert builders showcase their finest work to the public. The Parade offers a unique opportunity for attendees to experience the latest trends and innovations in home design and construction. From sleek and modern to traditional and elegant, each home is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
The Parade of Homes is organized by the North Idaho Builders and Contractors Association (NIBCA) and provides a platform for local builders to connect with potential customers and industry professionals while showcasing their expertise in construction and design. With the support of NIBCA, the Parade of Homes has become a much-awaited annual event, attracting visitors from across the region who are interested in discovering the latest in home design and construction.
REALTOR TICKETS & REALTOR CHOICE AWARD
Coeur d’Alene Area Realtors
Licensed Idaho Realtors must pick up a free physical ticket in advance. Business cards will not be accepted at the door.
Tickets are available at Idaho Central Credit Union (1327 W Appleway Ave) through Friday, September 19th – REALTOR DAY.
Realtor Choice Award
Local realtors will be judging for the Realtor Choice Award again this year. The Realtor Choice is awarded to the Parade home that offers the best quality relative to its price in the current market.
2025 Night of Awards
The Night of Awards celebrates the best of the best in home building. It’s a time to honor outstanding craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication within North Idaho’s building community. From stunning designs to exceptional workmanship, the event recognizes the builders and professionals who continue to elevate our industry and inspire excellence.

People's Choice Award
This award will not be chosen until all the votes are tallied after the completion of the Parade. All attendees are encouraged to turn in the voting section of their Parade ticket in the ballot box at any Parade house or drop it off at the NIBCA office by September 25th.

Recognizes the builder who went above and beyond, choosing to work closely with the most NIBCA member subcontractors throughout the year. It is a distinguished honor, and the winner receives the cover of the 2026 NIBCA Member Directory.
