What is the Parade of Homes?
The NIBCA hosted Parade of Homes is a highly anticipated event in which expert builders showcase their finest work to the public. The Parade offers a unique opportunity for attendees to experience the latest trends and innovations in home design and construction. From sleek and modern to traditional and elegant, each home is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
The Parade of Homes is organized by the North Idaho Builders and Contractors Association (NIBCA) and provides a platform for local builders to connect with potential customers and industry professionals while showcasing their expertise in construction and design. With the support of NIBCA, the Parade of Homes has become a much-awaited annual event, attracting visitors from across the region who are interested in discovering the latest in home design and construction.

REALTOR DAY
Licensed Idaho Realtors get into the event free with their Business card. Realtors will be choosing the Realtor Choice Award based on quality of home and price for the current market. All Parade tickets are honored on Realtor Day.
SANDPOINT
We are excited to add another weekend and 4 homes in Sandpoint to our Parade this year! Your ticket is good for all the days of the event, however Sandpoint homes will only be available for touring on Sept 30- Oct 1.

What is the Pet Parade of Homes?
The North Idaho Building Contractors Association Education Committee is hosting a fun FREE event for all kids grades K-12.
Grades K-2: Based on the book “The House That She Built”, create a detailed drawing of your favorite pet* home
Grades 3-5: Original Design build with LEGO bricks
Grades 6-8: Cardboard construction build
Grades 9-12: Work under a local builder/architect mentor to build a working home for your pet*
*Pets can be any animal–Be Creative!
Final submission deadline: Friday, September 1

Judging will take place and prizes will be awarded for several categories in each grade level. Entries can be viewed during Pet Parade of Homes: Sept 16,17 & 22-24 at NIBCA 1928 N 4th Street, CdA 9am-4pm. Awards Night & Dessert Bar: September 20 6pm-7pm, North Ridge Homes- Parade Home
